Create A Webform

  1. Go to your home page and add /user at the end of the URL.
  2. On the Log In tab, sign into your account using your Username and Password.
  3. On the Content tab, select the Add content flyout, then click Webform.
  4. Type the title under the Title input field.
  5. Add content in the Body of the page.
  6. Click Save.
  7. The page has been created, now the form can be built
  8. Under the Form preview area, start dragging a field from the palette on the right to add it to the form.
  9. To edit a field, click on the edit icon on the top right corner.
  10. Select the Properties tab:
    1. Add a title under the Title Input field.
    2. Add a value under Default value field.
    3. Add a description under the Description field.
  11. Select the Display tab:
    1. Add prefix, suffix and size if applicable.
    2. Click on the Label display dropdown to modify the placement of the label.
  12. Select the Validation tab:
    1. Click the required checkbox if the field will be required.
  13. Click the edit icon on the top right when finished editing that field.
  14. Repeat steps 5-10 to add more input fields.
  15. Click the E-mails tab.
  16. Add an email address where the form will be submitted. Multiple e-mail addresses may be separated by commas.
  17. Click Add.

    1. E-mail subject
      1. Any text field, select, or hidden form element may be selected as the subject for e-mails.
    2. E-mail from address
      1. Any e-mail, select, or hidden form element may be selected as the sender’s e-mail address.
    3. E-mail from name
      1. Any text field, select, or hidden form element may be selected as the sender’s name for e-mails.
  19. E-mail Template
    1. An e-mail template can customize the display of e-mails.
  20. Click Save e-mail settings.
  21. Click Form settings tab.
  22. Submission options
    1. Type in a Confirmation message the user will see after the form has been submitted.
    2. Or type in a redirect page the user will see after the form has been submitted.
  23. Token values
    1. Limit the number of allowed submissions
    2. Limit the number of submissions per user. A user is identified by their IP Address and Cookie if anonymous. Use of cookies may be modified in the global Webform settings.
    3. The status of the form can be closed to prevent any further submissions by any user.
  24. Click Save configuration.
  25. Click the Form Components tab.
  26. Click Save.
